Apex Social, Inc., 555 N. El Camino Real Suite A-435, San Clemente, CA 92672, USA, hereinafter referred to as Apex Social, is giving away the items mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/apexsocial.usa = @apexsocial.usa), Facebook page (facebook.com/apexsocial.usa), or LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/company/apexsocial-inter-american-exchange-foundation). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following terms of participation and content responsibility.

1. What can you win? By participating, you have the opportunity to win the items mentioned on the Instagram page (instagram.com/apexsocial.usa), Facebook page (facebook.com/apexsocial.usa), or LinkedIn page (linkedin.com/company/apexsocial-inter-american-exchange-foundation.

2. How can you win? Participation in the competition takes place under @apexsocial.usa / Apex Social / Apex Social – Inter-American-Exchange-Foundation. The prize will be raffled among all participants. Participation takes place by fulfilling the conditions mentioned in the post. Postal submissions are not considered in the draw.

3. Over what period does the promotion take place? The promotion starts after the publication of the post and ends on the date mentioned on the Instagram page @apexsocial.usa, Facebook page Apex Social USA (facebook.com/apexsocial.usa), or LinkedIn page Apex Social – Inter-American-Exchange-Foundation (linkedin.com/company/apexsocial-inter-american-exchange-foundation).

4. Who can participate? Participation is free and open to any natural person. For underage participants, Apex Social assumes the consent of the legal guardians. Participation requires truthful information of relevant data. Competition clubs and automated competition services are not eligible to participate. Please participate only once. Multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and excluded from the draw.

5. Who is excluded from participation? Apex Social is entitled to exclude individuals from participation for legitimate reasons, such as violations of these terms of participation, multiple participations, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of Apex Social and the involved companies and their relatives are not allowed to participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded.

6. How are the winners determined? The winners are determined by Apex Social in an independent draw among all participants.

7. How will I know if I have won? The winners will be notified via a private message on the platform through which they participated. The winner then provides Apex Social with their address as a private message through the appropriate function on the Instagram page, Facebook page, or LinkedIn page of Apex Social.

8. How do I receive my prize? Upon notification of the win, the winner is asked to provide Apex Social with the contact details required for sending or delivering the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the provided contact details.

9. What happens if I don’t respond after being notified of winning? If a winner does not contact Apex Social within 2 days of winning notification, the prize is forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the eligible participants. The same applies if a winner provides Apex Social with incorrect contact details, making the sending or delivery of the prize impossible.

10. Reservation clause Apex Social reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Apex Social will only use this option if proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in hardware and/or software), or legal reasons. Apex Social is not liable for losses, failures, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced with equivalent prizes.

11. Data protection provisions Apex Social stores and uses the collected data exclusively for the execution of the competition. All data will be deleted after the competition ends.

12. Miscellaneous Cash payment of the prizes is not possible. Prize claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. The legal process is excluded. Should individual provisions of the terms of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of participation remains unaffected. An appropriate regulation that most closely approximates the purpose of the ineffective provision will take its place. Apex Social reserves the right to change the terms of participation at any time.

13. Release from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn This competition is conducted by Apex Social. It is not connected to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn and is not sponsored, supported, or organized in any way by Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Information is provided to Apex Social, not to Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
