FRIDAY, MAY 16th 2025 - Arrival & Beach Kickoff
12:00pm – 5:00pm: Check in & Welcome to Volare
Arrive at your hotel, get checked in, and settle into weekend mode
5:00pm: Meet in the Hotel Lobby
We’ll walk down to the beach together—don’t forget your name tag and a sweatshirt for the ocean breeze!
6:00pm: Dinner on the Beach
Enjoy a delicious seaside dinner as we kick off the weekend.
6:45pm: Group Photo on the Beach
Capture the moment—sunset, sand, and smiles!
7:00pm – 9:00pm: Beach Bonfire & S’mores Hangout
Relax by the fire, roast some s’mores, and unwind with great company.
SATURDAY, MAY 17th 2025 - Surf, Stretch, & Celebrate
6:30am: Breakfast at the Hotel
Fuel up for an active and exciting day.
7:00am: Meet in the Lobby
Walk to the Beach Together
7:45am: Surf Session 1 Begins

8:00am: Yoga on the Beach
Stretch and flow with the sound of the waves.
9:00am: Surf Session 2 Begins

Surf Group 3, please stay in your wetsuits—we’ll snap a sporty shot!

This year we will have a Surf Outing Bingo and you will get the chance to win Kudos points equaling $150 that you can use for gift cards of your choice!
