FRIDAY, MAY 16th 2025

Sunset Beach Picnic & Bonfire: Arrive by 4 p.m. to meet everyone at the San Clemente pier, enjoy the sunset, get to know your Fellow Apex Care Professionals, make s’mores at the bonfire, make memories. Bring your guitar or your fire spinning gear:-)
Family Night: 4:50 p.m. – 6. 30 pm – Experience The Apex Social Magic of Human Connection – Get to know your fellow Apex Social Care Professionals and your Global Apex Support Team during this interactive fun experience – come with an open mind and enjoy getting to know each other human to human.
SATURDAY, MAY 17th 2025
6 a.m. – Breakfast at the hotel and sunrise at the Pier
8 a.m. – Yoga at the Pier
8.00 a.m.- 12.00 p.m. – Catch a wave with JP’s San Clemente Surf School. You will get outside your comfort zone and learn how to surf. You will have a lesson with award-winning local surf instructors from a professional surf school. Wetsuits and surf boards will be waiting for you.
12.30 p.m. – Adaptive Surfing: ProSurfer Rocky McKinnon will be sharing his story as a Pro Surfer in the US Open and how he is now helping people of all abilities to enjoy the ocean and ride waves. Experience how he accompanies a person with disabilities on a surfboard (depends on conditions – safety first)
12 p.m. – Lunch at the Beach
5 p.m. – Apex Social Sunset Gala Dinner Party Honoring Apex Social Care Professionals from across the United States
8 p.m. – Open Ended Local Fun on your own

7:30 a.m. Discover LA & Hollywood Bus Tour- Explore the famous sights of L.A. and Hollywood. Bring money for lunch and souvenirs at the famous Farmer’s Market.

8:30 a.m. Advanced Beginner 1 hour Surf Lessons at the Pier with JP’s Surf School and time to relax and enjoy San Clemente
