What's happening?
FRIDAY, MAY 5TH 2023
Registration: 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunset Beach Picnic & Bonfire: Arrive by 5 p.m. to meet everyone at the San Clemente pier, enjoy the sunset at 7:36 p.m. get to know your Fellow Apex Care Professionals, make s’mores at the bonfire, make memories. Bring your guitar or your fire spinning gear:-)
SATURDAY, MAY 6TH 2023
6 a.m. – Breakfast at the hotel and sunrise at the Pier
8 a.m. – Yoga with Gaby at the Pier
8.00 a.m.- 12.00 p.m. – Catch a wave with JP’s San Clemente Surf School. You will get outside your comfort zone and learn how to surf. You will have a lesson with award-winning local surf instructors from a professional surf school. Wetsuits and surf boards will be waiting for you.
12.30 p.m. – Adaptive Surfing: ProSurfer Rocky McKinnon will be sharing his story as a Pro Surfer in the US Open and how he is now helping people of all abilities to enjoy the ocean and ride waves. Experience how he accompanies a person with disabilities on a surfboard (depends on conditions – safety first)
12 p.m. – Lunch at the Beach
5 p.m. – Apex Social Sunset Gala Dinner Party Honoring Apex Social Care Professionals from across the United States
8 p.m. – Open Ended Local Fun on your own
SUNDAY, MAY 6TH 2023
7 a.m. Breakfast to go
7:30 a.m. Discover LA & Hollywood Bus Tour- Explore the famous sights of L.A. and Hollywood. Bring money for lunch and souvenirs at the famous Farmer’s Market.
3:30pm – Dropoff at LAX Airport

- Accommodation: 2 nights at the Volare Resort hotel in a shared room for 4 people:
Overlooking the stunning Pacific Ocean and in the center of a charming beach community in Downtown San Clemente, the Volare’s excellent location offers more than 300 boutique shops and restaurants all within walking distance. The resort is walking distance to a bustling nightlife filled with vintage bars, live music, and farmers markets. We are located a short walk from the pristine shoreline with an old town vibe while shopping on your way down to the beach, we provide a welcomed respite from larger, urban areas. Resort Amenities include an outdoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness center and patio for spending time with friends. - Meals: All Meals from Friday evening through Sunday morning. You will have a chance to indicate your dietary preferences during registration.

- Transfer: Airport transfer on Friday from SNA to the Volare Hotel in San Clemente for flights arriving between noon and 11pm PST.

Yes, absolutely! In the contact firm, indicate the check-box that you are buying for someone else.
- Regular Tickets for the Apex Social Surf Outing are $350.
This will give you a 4-person hotel room that you will share with other Apex Social Care Professionals. - You may upgrade your room at your own cost to a double room (2-bed hotel room shared with another Apex Social Care Professional) or to a single room (none-shared 1-bed hotel room). The upgraded rooms are limited and are available on first come first serve basis.
- Upgrade to Double Room: $451.75 total = $350 (standard ticket sponsored by Apex Social) + $101.75 (upgraded room charge)
- Upgrade to Single Room: $655.24 total = $350 (standard ticket sponsored by Apex Social) + $305.25 (upgraded room charge)
Apex Social is not associated with the extra cost. The extra cost goes directly to the hotel and will cover your upgraded room charge.
- Apex Social Care Professionals who have extended by 12 months, are eligible for a FREE ticket. Apply the discount code „EXTENSION“ at check-out to take 350$ off your total order. This covers the cost for a standard ticket with a 4-bed hotel room. You may upgrade your room as described above, at your own cost. The number of upgraded hotel rooms available is limited.

- This is a popular option. Your first step will be to speak with your host family to see if you would be able to get additional time off to plan a trip with friends.
