Color Code Certification

Conflict Resolution Training
Specialized training on conflict resolution techniques based on Horst Shulz's LEARN method is provided. Apex Dolphin Therapy Assistant Internship Program
Apex Social offers a 3-month international therapy assistant internship at the Curaçao Dolphin Therapy & Research Center for its alumni. Participants assist therapists, support families, and gain experience in animal-assisted therapy. The internship includes free housing, but participants cover travel and living expenses.
Apex Career Development Plan
Monthly coaching calls within the Apex Career Development Plan (ACDP) provide a crucial foundation for success, both present and future. These calls offer dedicated time to review achievements, set clear, actionable goals, and ensure individuals remain aligned with their placement objectives. This ongoing support system allows for continual evaluation and adaptation, enabling individuals to adjust their strategies.
